By purchasing our squishy toys, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Our squishy toys are intended for gentle sensory play only and are not designed to be chewed, bitten, punctured, cut, stretched excessively, microwaved, frozen, or otherwise misused. Please inspect the product before each use. Discontinue use immediately if the toy becomes torn, damaged, or compromised.
  • Some individuals may have sensitivities or allergic reactions to certain materials. If irritation, discomfort, or any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional if necessary.
  • Mini Amore Children’s Boutique is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, accidents, or damages resulting from the use, misuse, abuse, alteration, or failure to properly supervise children while using these products.
  • We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment to ensure it leaves our shop in excellent condition. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Mini Amore Children’s Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, rough handling, lost or stolen packages, carrier-related damage, or heat-related issues that may occur during transit or after delivery. Exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight may temporarily affect the texture, appearance, or feel of squishy toys. In many cases, allowing the toy to return to room temperature may restore its normal condition.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, scent, firmness, and slow-rise speed are normal characteristics of squishy toys and are not considered defects.

All squishy toy purchases are FINAL SALE.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
