Shipping

Orders will be shipped int the order it was received. We will do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, it is unfortunately outside of our control. Please note that we have no affiliation with any postal carriers and are unable to expedite their processes or influence their pick-up schedules. Once shipped, orders can take up 2-10 business days to deliver. Please remember there can be delays. Original shipping cost is nonrefundable.  

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Mini Amore Children's Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items when you return. We recommend you send the items back using an insured courier. We also recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. 

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and or a text message with your tracking number. 

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping cost that vary by shipping method used in the original order. If you chose not to have your item re-delivered, we can issue a store credit for the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Route Shipping Insurance

Mini Amore Children's Boutique does not replace items lost, stolen, or damaged while in USPS care. In order to protect your purchase, we offer Route shipping insurance. This is added protection for you to make sure your items arrive safe and sound. 

Mail Couriers

Once USPS accepts the package, we have zero control over the package or when it is delivered. If your package says delivered, but you do not have it, please contact your local post office and file a missing package claim. We cannot see any more information than you can with your tracking info. 

Combining Orders

You cannot combine orders. If you place multiple orders, you will be paying shipping for each order.
